Scholarship

The Rho Chapter offers a number of Scholarship opportunities for current and potential new members through Marquette University and the Triangle Education Foundation! Read below to learn more about these funds; application links for the 2021-2022 School Year will be added as the Scholarships open!

Dr. Moeller Scholarship

  • Named after Dr. Arthur C. Moeller, a Triangle Brother, retired Professor and Dean of the College of Engineering at Marquette, this scholarship is through the University and collectively awards over $30,000 per year to members based on living out the ideals of the fraternity. Living in the chapter house is no longer a requirement to receive the scholarship, but preference is still given to those members who do.

FIRST Robotics Students of Marquette – Triangle Fraternity Scholarship:

  • Triangle Fraternity was born in the spring of 1907 in order to provide a social, educational, and professional resource for engineers, scientists, and architects while in pursuit of their careers in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Today, the Triangle Education Foundation and Marquette Chapter of Triangle Fraternity is honored to continue this legacy by offering one (1) $2,500 scholarship for students of FIRST robotics as they seek continuing education in STEM areas at Marquette University.

Requirements:

• Must be a current member or alumnus of a FIRST Robotics Competition or FIRST Tech Challenge team
• Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative high school GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
• Must be a full time undergraduate student currently enrolled at Marquette University
• Must be enrolled in a major/concentration relating to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics)

Triangle Marquette Scholar-Leader Scholarship

  • The Triangle Education Foundation and Marquette Chapter of Triangle Fraternity award an annual Scholarship based upon character and merit to first year and incoming students enrolled in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) degree programs at Marquette!

Requirements:

1. A Marquette student enrolled in STEM major
2. Incoming transfer, freshman, sophomore, junior or senior full time student
3. Evidence of sound academic achievement (>3.0 GPA)
4. Commitment to community improvement i.e. philanthropy or extra curricular leadership
